I don't usually do this, since I don't usually go out, but I completely over booked my day.
I told too many people I would hang out, and now I don't want to leave my house.
My day started early with a nice mini-break by seeing Paul. After that short visit I was off to my studio. Annie, who is amazing, finished and perfected the set up of the screen print equipment. The rest of the day was just spent doing test runs. Even though the work was boring it did make me very excited to start producing artwork. It is a weird that the studio is completely operational. We all waited for this day and only Annie, Heather, and myself showed up to work.
Work this week was frightful. Not so much the students but the Professors fell into the category known as "Terrible Humans".
I don't know what part of the brain malfunctions with most artist when it comes to business and art, but I would like to run some test.
In other news, I am writing a grant proposal... I am excited.
I have this grand scheme of a project that I want to get started on that should undoubtedly get me into CMU, and hopefully into a cool summer program that I found.
I was thinking about writing it all out for the public but I am tired and I have at least three phone calls to make apologizing for breaking plans.
If you see me in person just tap me on the shoulder and ask... "What is your big project?"
